Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and securely.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Tracking information will be provided for all tracked shipments.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate depending on the item.

  • Lower value cards, under $20, may be shipped via plain white envelope (PWE) without tracking. PWE shipments are not tracked and carry a higher risk of delays or loss. By selecting this option, the buyer accepts this risk.
  • Higher value cards and all orders over $20 are shipped in protective packaging with tracking.
  • Orders over $100 may require additional protection and/or signature confirmation.

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping methods at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.

Packaging
All cards are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. This may include sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard reinforcement, and bubble mailers or boxes depending on the item.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
